Late 18th c.
Boxwood, inside partly walnut (inner sliding lid). 4.5 x 7 x 3.5 cm.
Tabatiere(?) with À-Jour carving on the main sides: Adoration of the Magi and Carrying of the Cross, respectively. At each end a reclining woman; the narrow sides with flowers. Hair crack at one end, inner lid possibly old renewed.
