Schlichter, painter, illustrator, graphic artist, writer. Studied at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Stuttgart and at the Academy in Karlsruhe. Master student of Hans Thoma and Wilhelm Trübner. Co-founder of the Dadaists and the November Group. Temporarily follows the art movement of the New Objectivity. From 1919 in Berlin, from 1935 in Stuttgart and from 1939 in Munich. Lastly as a painter Surrealist. Numerous works in German museums * Partner auction Bergmann.
