Very rare, complete artist's work with 49 original lithographs to the literary work "La partenza dell'argonauta" - a war diary - by Alberto Savinio on 50 large double pages, title page, imprint with pencil signature, insert with additional information on the English Übersetzung. From November 1986 to February 1987 the work was presented in the special exhibition of the same name at MoMA in New York City. Included with the publication: Castleman, Riva. A Century of Artists Books. The Museum of Modern Art, New York City, 1994; with mention of the work on p. 217. Folding box with light soiling and signs of use.
