Museum candlestick with 2 frog oil lamps.
18th / 19th century Hesse.
Oak glue block, hardwood turned and colored, iron. H 60 cm, Ø 27 cm.
Bowl-shaped round base, turned shaft with turning hinge to adjust the height of the hand guard and the cross arm with slot holders for the open frog lamps. Some attached Drechsel-Zierappliken as well as Zapfenbekrönung .Professionally restored (foot glued, 1 slot holder half supplemented). 1 wick chain missing. A few signs of age / use.
