Late Biedermeier dollhouse gentleman with folding table, miniature clock and book.
19th century
L 4,5 - 25,5 cm.
Breast head made of papier-mâché with painted blue eyes and sculpted black hair. Body made of cloth and wire, forearms of glazed porcelain. Partially dressed in old. L 25,5 cm. Accompanied by center-foot bronze table (embossed mark W&P), gold plate clock under glass lintel, cardboard booklet as a casket. Traces of age, arms possibly supplemented.
