Bronze or pewter. H bronze weight 6 cm.
Bronze weight with smooth wall and smooth hinged lid, here engraved "4 pounds Gothaisch Rectificirtes Gewicht". On the top edges of the 8 existing "Bechergewichte" engraved designations from 1 quint to 1 pound, in the lid 2 pounds. / Newer pewter weight with indistinct hallmarks on the lid as well as numerous, mostly double year hallmarks; these partly also on the top edges of the 9 existing "Bechergewichte". Bronze somewhat bumped and partly green tarnished, 1 small paint spot on the closure, button weight missing. / Pewter weight with signs of age / use, small weights missing.
