The different colored flowers in a tilted blue vase next to music book. A small restored spot with backing.
French painter, student of Duboe, Cabanel and Quost. Since 1874, regularly represented in the Paris Salon with floral and genre pieces. Late in life he turned mainly to decorative painting, embellishing the walls of a school in the 6th arrondissement with flowers from various seasons.
