Art Nouveau figural pendule with 2 vase side plates "Premières Fleurs" after Mathurin Moreau (1822-1912).
France. Circa 1900. on the base a plaque "Premières Fleurs par Math. Moreau (Hors Concours)".
"G. Mégnin" marked movement with half hour strike on bell, movement no. 543. Runs, revision recommended. Glazed white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, minute ring and Romaines hands, indistinctly marked.
Red white marble, bronzed metal casting. Clock approx 49,5 x 35 x 20 cm, side plate H 35,5 cm. Total 13,5 kg.
Allegorical representation with female figure, putto and flower baskets on an oval natural piece. In addition, 2 antiquing side plates in vase form with plastic putti and grape basket mouths. Signs of age and use, attachment slightly loosened, partially slightly rubbed.
With key, without pendulum.
