Casket with fine metal inlays.
Mid 19th c.
Palisander(?) veneered, engraved inlays of brass, pewter(?) and mother-of-pearl, white velvet interior. 20 x 40 x 29 cm.
Carnish-shaped body with flame moldings on the base and profiled hinged lid and brass side carrying handles. On the lid and in the front fine ornamental inlays with the inscription "From Him". Inside centered partitioned. Scarcely signs of age / wear.
