Colorless glass with flower and bow decoration. Elaborately worked silver mount in relief with hinged lid, spout, handle and foot stand ring, partially openwork.
The company was founded in 1862 by John Newton Mappin and his brother-in-law Georg Webb in London, since 1897 Royal Court supplier * Partner auction Bergmann.
