Model by Michel Victor Acier 1777. Colorfully painted, gold painted. Incised mark, sword mark. One foot, three hands, one forearm, one neck, one décolleté, center a continuous crack, some fingers, toes, leaves, purple dress part of the standing lady, book back, base restored, some leaves bumped.
Acier, sculptor and modeller, studied at the Academy in Paris, 1764-1781 independent model master in Meissen * Partner auction Bergmann.
