Model by Theodor Eichler 1904. counterpart to model no. U 133 "Young Countrywoman". Colorfully painted. Press marks, painter's mark, sword mark. Upper rod, one cheek restored, rod end bumped, original loose present, rake missing.
Eichler, sculptor, studied at the Academy in Dresden. Pupil of Robert Diez, since 1903 modeller in Meissen, was employed part-time, maintained his own studio on the side, retired in 1928 * Partner auction Bergmann.
