2nd half 19th century
Palisander veneered, brass inlays, yellow velvet inside, sewing utensils made of bone, 1x with Stanhope (magnifying glass miniature), 1 silver needle case (hallmarked 835). 11 x 27 x 20 cm.
Ashlar box with mock caskets in the front and on the hinged lid as well as empty cartouches. Inside lid compartment and removable drawer with many compartments. Some sewing utensils. Some slight signs of age/use.
