Sword and short sword with byknife.

Katana and wakizashi. Katana: slightly curved, single-edged blade with a point in the spine. Habaki made of copper, handle with light ray skin inlay and light handle wrapping. As menuki a small bouquet of flowers made of various metals. Four-pass tsuba with mountain landscape and small group of figures. Scabbard of black lacquered wood. Total length 101 cm. / Wakizashi: Slightly curved, narrow, single-edged blade with a point in the spine. Similar design to katana, but tsuba and fuchi here with flower decoration. Black lacquered wooden scabbard with wine-red sageo (band) and recess for the byknife. Total length 60 cm / By-knife with a straight, single-edged blade tapering to the point. Handle with gold-colored flower decoration. L 21.5 cm. Katana: One notch in the blade. Wakizashi: Blade with corrosion scars. Set probably supplemented with original parts.
