France. Around 1900.
Unmarked movement with half-hour strike on bell. Runs briefly, in need of revision. 2 dials for time and calendar: upper dial with Roman numerals, Breguet hands and recessed dial center with Brocot escapement, lower dial with moon phase, English months, days of the week and date (without movement drive).
H 46 cm. 20 kg.
Steleshape with profiled front and projecting base. Minimal signs of age and wear.
