Foam gold, tested 333. Filled. 5.5 x 4.5 cm. 34,8 g.
Large brooch with tendril relief, black enamel and pearl trimming. Glazed compartment on the back with photo inlay typical of the period. Hook clasp with bow. Safety chain and pin. Engravings: James Johnston, Obit 16th Nov. 1852. Enamel slightly chipped in 2 places.
