Saxony 1880.
Ø maximum approx. 19 cm.
Large, 2-ply leather collar with numerous brass bosses, linen eyelet and brass-reinforced, adjustable clasp with padlock and key. Brass plaque riveted to the clasp "K.S. Amtshauptmannschaft Dresden 1880 No 7049", on the opposite brass plate engraved "Graf Luckner Altfranken". Hardly any signs of age/use.
