Each 65 x 92 cm. Framed : 84 x 109.5 cm (black lacquer frame, once unframed).
Fishing boats in front of the coastal town under a slightly cloudy sky and several ships near the houses on the shore under a gray overcast sky. Each restored, canvas relined.
Dutch painter and graphic artist, pupil of Ernest Hébert in Paris, influenced by Corot and the Barbizon School.
