Sold to the Reich Minister of Aviation, Berlin on 09.09.1942. Device no. 127-560A-1, requisition no. Fl 23883, movement no. 215308, type nhk (A. Lange & Söhne, Glashütte/Saxony).
Marked and grained gilt 2/3 plate movement, caliber 48.1, lever escapement, compensation balance with regulating screws, blued Breguet balance spring, crown winding. Running. Black dial with luminous material, Arabic numerals, inner 12-hour display, minute ring, central second and leaf hands.
Ø 5.6 cm, L 30 cm. 161 g.
Luftwaffe observation watch with raw movement by A. Lange & Söhne. Completion of the complete pilot's wristwatch by Metall-Lago, Vienna. Round, gray matted metal case on a brown leather strap with pin buckle. Slight signs of age and wear.
With certificate from the Glashütte Watch Museum dated November 16, 2009, copies from the original shipping book and from the sales book.
