Greiner, 1732 Alsbach - 1797 Limbach, founder of porcelain production in Thuringia. His work and that of his sons is linked to the founding of various porcelain manufactories. Meticulously painted group portrait of technical mastery. Passepartout, plain glazed frame. Including a color offset with the life dates of the sons.
Müller-Koburg, genre, history and portrait painter. Studied at the academies in Munich and Antwerp. Worked in Vienna from 1852-1857, court painter to King Charles V in Lisbon in 1857, based in Rome from 1860. 1880 Professor at the Accademia San Luca in Rome * Partner auction Bergmann.
