Large and small Gründerzeit jug with bar scenes. Villeroy & Boch.
Embossed tower mark "Mettlach" with the addition "Ges. gesch." and "Gegen Nachbildung geschützt", from 1887. End of 19th century. Marked "C Warth" and monogrammed "CW". Design: Georg Christian WARTH (1836-1890). Model no. 1597 and 1940.
Fine stoneware, chromolite decoration, partly glazed in color. H 25.5 and 42 cm.
Relief jugs with historicist decoration, the sides with drinking gentlemen and hop decoration, 1x with banner. 1x with Fasson pewter lid, 1x with stoneware lid and engraved pewter mounting "Fredrick Hugo Schau May 20-1906". Small jug cracked and restored, large jug with glued lid.
