Historical map of the Balearic Islands with the islands of Mallora, Menorca and Ibiza "Carte des Isles de Amiorque, Minorque et d'Yvice [...]", with accompanying map of the fortifications and the harbor of Mahón, the most important shipping port on Menorca and accompanying map of the western Mediterranean with the coasts of Spain, France and Algeria, in the lower margin accompanying text in French. Some handling marks.
German cartographer and engraver, who was trained by Johann Baptist Homann in Nuremberg. Founder of the Seutter printing and publishing house.
