Founder's era cantilever chair. Friedrich Mauthe.
Circa 1900. Movement no. 49717. FMS marked movement with half hour strike on gong spring with double gong. Function not tested, revision recommended. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, minute ring and pierced hands.
Beech and walnut, solid and veneered. Approx. 99 x 37.5 x 20 cm. 7.8 kg.
Wall clock with historicist carved and turned movement, bronze fittings and lateral movement windows. Decorative top with round arch segment and pivot. Slight signs of age and wear, pendulum suspension does not fit.
