Art deco chess table with lamp, chess pieces and chess clock.
Ash, walnut, bird's-eye maple and other woods, veneered and stained in various colors. Approx. 119 x 62 x 49 cm.
Low, almost square table with rounded corners, top plate with chequerboard inlays, side pull-out plate with brass knob (plate clamps), clipboard, 4 straight square legs. Side-mounted brass square tube with flower-shaped glass shade, light bulb with screw thread, newly electrified, lamp works. Comes with a beech wood box with a complete set of turned chess pieces and an Alpha chess clock with stop function, runs. Slight signs of age and use, 1 white tower slightly damaged at the crown.
