Small figurine pendulum with glass dome. Japy Frères & Cie, Beaucourt.
France. Late 19th century
Marked movement with short pendulum. Functional in short time test, revision recommended. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, minute ring and Romaines hands.
Bronzed cast metal. Clock H 28.5 cm, glass dome H 38 cm. Total weight 3.6 kg.
Historicist ornamental base with girl figure and foliage. Comes with a matching ebonized wooden base with glass lintel. Slight signs of age and wear, glass rim slightly chipped in places.
