"Patek Philippe & Co. Genève" marked, gilt brass movement with lever escapement, blued Breguet balance spring, screw compensation balance, jewels, crown winding, hour and quarter hour strike on gong with pusher at 6. Functional in the short time test, overhaul recommended, erotic scene partially blocked. White enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, minute ring, small second and Breguet hands.
585 hallmarked, Swiss hallmark, hallmark of fineness, company mark Maurice Ditisheim & Cie (from 1889). Ø 5 cm. 94 g.
Guilloché case with empty oval reserve, dust cover with an erotic scene in colored enamel in front of an engraved landscape, numbered 4259. Signs of age and wear, rubbing, partially dented, losses to the colored enamel.
