Silver verge pocket watch with ornate bezel and crucifixion scene.
1st half 19th century Case No. 8852.
Unmarked brass full plate movement with floral overlays, red jewels, verge bridge with a crucifixion scene, profiled movement pillars, verge escapement, chain and fusee, keywind. Functional in short time test. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, minute ring and brass hands.
GB hallmarked, silver tested. Ø 5.8 cm. 119 g.
Smooth case with stone-set and florally chased brass bezel. Slight signs of age and wear, slight defects, replaced minute hand.
With 2 keys.
