"L[oui]s Duchêne & Comp[agni]e" signed brass full plate movement with florally pierced verge bridge, profiled movement pillars, verge escapement, chain and fusee, keywind. Functional in short-term test. White enamel dial marked "L[oui]s Duchêne & Comp[agni]e" with Roman and Arabic numerals and large central second, 3 subsidiary dials for hours and minutes, date, day of the week (marked in French), partly blued hands.

Punched, silver tested, later import and control mark on the bow. Ø 4.8 cm. 62 g.

Smooth case with high bar. Signs of age and wear, dial with slight defects.
