Silver verge pocket watch "Jean George, Isleip".
1st half 19th century
"Perregaux à Genève" signed brass full plate movement with florally pierced verge bridge, cylindrical movement pillars, verge escapement, chain and fusee, keywind. Functional in short-term test. White enamel dial marked "Jean George, Isleip" with Roman and Arabic numerals, minute ring and pierced brass hands.
JR hallmarked, silver tested. Ø 5.4 cm. 102 g.
Smooth case with profiled rim and high bow. Slight signs of age and wear, dial with small defects.
