Printed in Rostock, by Stephan Mölleman. In presentation to Laurentz Albrecht, Bockhandler in Lübeck. 1592. 20.5 x 17 cm.
Title woodcut printed in red and black, title page with ownership note dated 1646, 272 leaves (misprint in page number). With many illustrative wood engravings, in an older leather binding with bünden. Good, restored condition, occasional underlining, one leaf with added text corner.
Provenance : bookplate: Anton Kippenberg, 1874 - 1950, German publisher and Goethe collector, from 1905 - 1950 he managed the Insel Verlag.
