France. 2nd half 19th century
Marked movement with half hour strike on bell. Runs, revision recommended. Residual silver-plated dial with Roman numerals, minute ring and Breguet hands.
Bronze, partly dark patinated. H 43.5 cm. 5.8 kg.
Base case in straight stele form with rich relief decoration of rocaille and foliage and crowning double-handled bowl. Slight signs of age and wear, thread suspension torn, pendulum and bell replaced.
