Historic en tremblant brooch with brilliant-cut diamonds.
Checked 750 yellow gold and silver. Max. approx. 6.0 x 3.7 cm, diamonds together approx. 4.99 ct. 16.35 g.
Historic brooch worked en tremblant, meaning "trembling". The central flower is attached to a spring so that it swings with movement, the setting consisting of 101 brilliant-cut diamonds. Originally probably created in the last quarter of the 19th century, the modern brilliant-cut diamonds were likely added later.
