Standing cannoneer in front of a gun carriage. Standing cannoneer of the 9th regiment in front of a gun emplacement in action. Standing soldier on the shore with pioneers building a bridge. Sheets each cut in the middle, 1 small tear at the edge, traces of age/use on each.
Munich painter and illustrator, he studied at the Munich Academy under Raupp. Contributor to the Fliegende Blätter and the Deutsche Kavalleriezeitung; known above all for his depictions of horses.
