Burlwood box with carved genre scene on the hinged lid: "Mus ich oder Du ze Krefte kumme?". Wood glued, minimal chipping and minor traces of anobia / Horn tabatiere with inlays on the hinged lid: diamond in relief on a white walnut ground. Minor hairline cracks, hinge stiff / Horn box with embossed hinged lid: mother with shepherd boy titled "Enfance de Sixte Quint" (Childhood of Sixtus V). Minor chipping, soiled inside, hinge stiff / Tabatiere covered with embossed and partly dyed birch bark. Embossed tobacco snuff and ornament on the hinged lid. Minimal bark defect on the hinge. / Black papier-mâché lacquer box, pewter thread inlays on the hinged lid. Signs of age/use.
