Height: 35 cm, width: 35.5 cm. 7.4 kg.
Model year: 1906, painted in color, incised mark, pressed mark, sword mark on the base crossed out twice. Buffalo tail end, one feather tip restored, glaze defect at the base rim, two hairline cracks across the base, a burnt crack at the bottom of the feather tip, a small grass corner, one buffalo leg minimal, feather tips bumped, end of the lance missing.
Hösel, sculptor, modeller, studied at the academy in Dresden. 1899-1903 teacher at the academy in Kassel, 1904 professor. 1903-1929 head of the design department at the Meissen manufactory, 1930-1950 freelance * Partner auction Bergmann.
