Rare gold lady's savonette in original case. A. Lange & Söhne, Glashütte.
Circa 1885. caliber 28 mark ALS, movement no. 18575, case no. 18575.
Marked and gilt three-quarter plate movement with Glashütte gold lever escapement, blued Breguet balance spring and screws, screw compensation balance, jewels, crown winding. Functional in a short-term test. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours and red Arabic minutes, minute ring, small seconds and Louis XV hands, marked "A. Lange & Söhne Glashütte b/Dresden".
Hallmarked 18 k, company mark AL & S, gold dust cover. Ø 3.4 cm. 37 g.
Smooth "Lucia" sprung lid case with ligated monogram KF(?). Minimal signs of wear, dial with hairline crack between 4 and 5.
