Each around 62.0 x 52.0 cm.
9 Baroque maps, some with numbering on the reverse, as well as a plate with a Pythagorean calculator for determining the duration of journeys between various European cities. According to the inscription, all by the Amsterdam engraver and printer Gerard Valck. In a heavy, modern portfolio with a canvas print of a world map by Valck and a reference to the publishing house Falk in Hamburg. Maps with centerfold, some with small tears along the fold, 2 with remnants of glue repairs.
Provenance : Probably from old stock of the Falk-Verlag Hamburg; linen stamping of the folder with publisher's name, as well as 2 maps with stamp on the reverse.
