Switzerland. Late 19th century, marked "Union" with trademark "Glocke mit fünf Sternen", movement No. 48254, case No. 48254.

Marked, gilt three-quarter plate movement with lever escapement, blued Breguet balance spring and screws, screw compensation balance, swan-neck fine adjustment, screwed chatons, jewels, additional glass dust cover, crown winder. Functional in short-term test. White enamel dial with recessed center, Arabic numerals, minute ring, small second and Louis XV hands.

Hallmarked 585, Swiss hallmark, hallmark of fineness, company mark, gold dust cover. Ø 5.4 cm. 120 g.

Smooth spring lid case with ligated monogram WS. Slight signs of age and wear, slightly dented at the rim.
