Large figurine bowl: mermaid catch. Meissen.
Molding 1898-1923. model year: 1898, model no. R 119.
Height: 15 cm, width: 45 cm.
Model by Richter (dates unknown). Naturalistically painted. Nix and Nixe, the water spirit and the mermaid are raised centrally as lovers between large water lily pads. Incised mark, sword mark . Flower stem on the underside, two hands, one bowl rim partially restored, one finger chipped. Small burn mark on the man's left arm.
