Height: 19 cm.
Pendant to model no. N 108 "Omphale", painted in color, gold painted. Incised mark, press mark, painter's mark, sword mark. Model after the marble sculpture (height: 152 cm) of the Loreley in the Bavarian National Museum, there entitled "Sinnende Nymphe". Two toes chipped, feet, fish, front base, one lower leg expertly restored.
* Schwanthaler, sculptor, uncle of Rudolf, studied at the academy in Munich. Worked in Rome for a time, professor at the academy in Munich in 1835. The Meissen manufactory acquired two models, his main work was the Munich Bavaria.
