Height: 36 cm.

Painted in color, painted gold. Incised mark, impressed mark, painter's mark, sword mark. Leaves, one hand, fingers of the back hand, professionally restored hem of the garment.

* Schott, sculptor and painter, studied at the academy in Berlin. Freelance since 1885, professor in 1898. Produced designs for KPM Berlin, Rosenthal and the Schwarzburger Werkstätten. The Meissen manufactory acquired two models. The ball player is Schott's most famous figure and has been molded many times in a wide variety of materials * Meissen manufactory price: 12,000 euros.
