"Russian Dancers" from the ballet "Carnival", from a series of 5 figures. Painted in color, incised mark, press mark, painter's mark, sword mark.
* Scheurich, painter, graphic artist, illustrator, sculptor, modeller, studied at the academy in Berlin. From 1912 first works for the Meissen manufactory, KPM Berlin and Nymphenburg. Titular professor in 1924, his figures present exuberance and elegance, his facial expressions and gestures reflect temperament and passion, one of the most important porcelain sculptors of his time * Meissen manufactory price: 17,000 euros.
