Reservist mug with soldierly scenes and sayings, the regimental emblem as the central motif, surrounded by field insignia, cannons and two crowns, probably showing the Grand Ducal and Imperial crowns. "Reservist Schmid I", "2nd Comp. Würtb. Inftr. Regt. No. 126 Großhz. Fried. v. Baden" [8th Württemberg Infantry Regiment No. 126 Grand Duke Friedrich von Baden]. Pewter lid in relief with the portrait medallion of Kaiser Wilhelm II, crowned by a soldier figure. The coats of arms of Württemberg and Baden on the handle, depicted in a crowned shield with shield holders. At the bottom of the jug a lithophane depicting a soldier leaning through a window towards a girl in the room. Rifle of the lid figure broken off, discoloration on the bottom.
