3 pieces of jewelry with cameos.
1x rose gold 333 tested, 2x metal gold-plated. 5.0 x 3.9, 5.1 x 4.2 and 6.0 x 4.7 cm. Together 48.0 g.
2 shell cameo brooches from the 19th century, plus a pendant from the 20th century. The two brooches show a female profile facing to the right with a wreath of flowers in her hair, probably representing the nymph Chloris or the Roman goddess Flora, in a wide, gilded frame and a very vividly executed depiction of Ariadne, wife of Dionysus with a crown of vine leaves, a predator's fur and Thyrsos, looking to the left in a simple rose gold frame. The pins of the brooches each have a simple hook clasp typical of the period. The younger cameo pendant shows a depiction of the Charites ("three graces") in a corded, gilded frame and has a movable eyelet. Slight signs of wear commensurate with age.
