* Strang, sculptor, studied at the academy in Dresden. Worked at the Meissen manufactory from 1950, 1973-2001 artistic director, since then freelance. Resident in Moritzburg from 1981, created numerous figures and vessels. Meissen manufactory price: 1990 euros.
