Wood, turned and painted in color. Figure: H 9.5 cm, with rifle approx. 10 cm.
Flag bearer, 9 soldiers with shouldered rifle, trumpeter and drummer. Blue uniforms with white pants, pickelhauben, on green round bases. In a simple cardboard box. Very good, probably unplayed condition.
Gustav Ehnert (1847-1929) from Seiffen was known for his turned and carved figures of all genres, with a strong specialization in soldiers, which earned him the nickname "Soldier Ehnert".
