12 cards from around 1900, each with several layers and can be unfolded and set up. Various sizes and motifs, often from the classic repertoire of greeting cards and glossy pictures of the time (floral motifs, bird messengers, angels, pastoral figures, etc.). Some with old, short greeting texts, especially on the reverse. Two of the cards with English lettering imprint. Overall with signs of age and wear, partial losses. Not all can be displayed free-standing.
Provenance : From the estate of a southern German collector of luxury papers and Christmas tree decorations.
