Album with student photographs from around 1900.
In a red leather album with clasp, portrait photographs of students and photographs of student life in a fraternity (one photograph of students enjoying a beer together and two pictures showing two or more students posing together after having passed their final exams and receiving first aid), many of the people depicted can probably be attributed to Jena corps; some images dated on the reverse, each from around the turn of the century and, according to the handwritten inscriptions on the reverse, probably exchanged in the course of a fought drill. Signs of age on the leather binding and on the pages, some photographs foxed.
