Art deco ceiling lamp with sculptural decoration.

Figural ceiling lamp with five lamp sockets on each of three lamp arms, with mascarons and laurel garland on the centerpiece and a snake winding around each lamp arm. On the centerpiece a sculpture of a nude man holding his hand over flames, after the sculpture of the Roman soldier Mucius Scaevola by Louis-Pierre Deseine (French, 1749-1822) in the Louvre/Paris. Suspended on three twisted rods, spherical canopy. Milk glass covers of the lamp holders partly defective. Safe functionality not tested / guaranteed.
