France. Circa 1890.
Movement marked "Japy Frères" with the addition "Richond à Paris", half-hour strike on bell. Functional in short-term test; only runs when precisely balanced, overhaul recommended. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, minute ring and gold-colored hands.
Bronze, gilt. H 37 cm.
